The room was spacious with a well-equipped bathroom that added comfort to our stay. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff demonstrated efficiency in their service.

The late checkout fee, while reasonable, felt a bit excessive for just a few extra hours.

Clean room with excellent food, but wish the wi-fi was faster.

I had a great time mainly because of the amazing coffee and how Jorge checked in on me after my surgery; however, the room needed a serious refresh and wasn’t up to par with pictures shown.

The airport shuttle was a huge relief for my family, making travel smooth with the kids. We also enjoyed the nearby attractions like Grauman's Chinese Theater for a fun night out after a long day of travel....

Proximity to the airport is a huge plus. Room had a fridge and coffee machine. Shower was spacious with nice toiletries. I enjoyed the outdoor pool area with sun loungers. Staff was super quick in providing help when needed. Check-in was smooth and fast, very convenient!

During my one-night stay, I appreciated the nice design of the room and the helpful attitude of the staff. However, the airport shuttle service was incredibly frustrating, as it was slow and not on a set schedule, which made getting to my flight stressful. The combination of those factors left me feeling uncertain about returning in the future, but I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the quality of the room.

I truly appreciated the warm, inviting atmosphere in the lobby, with accessible seating and easy navigation for seniors. Every area felt thoughtfully designed, making it easy for me to maneuver without any hassle during my stay....  

This place suits me perfectly. It offers great wi-fi, a cute bar, and a free airport shuttle. The staff even helped me with local delivery recommendations on my first stay! I plan to return for Easter....
